Vampirina Cupcakes with M&M and Nutella Surprise


Aria Shark will be showing you how to bake the perfect VAMPIRINA cupcakes for halloween. Cut them and get surprise by a lava of M&M's and Nutella.

INGREDIENTS 

#1 SMILE & HAVE FUN
  • Cupcakes
    • Betty Crocker vanilla super moist cake mix
    • 1 cup of water
    • 1/2 cup of veg. oil
    • 3 eggs
    • Purple & Blue food coloring (or mix blue with red to make purple)
  • Filling
    • Mini M&M 
    • Nutella
  • Bat Ears
    • 1 cup of melted milk chocolate
    • 1 Ziploc bag (cut a small whole) 
    • Parchment paper
  • Spiderweb
    • 1 Ziploc bag (cut a small whole) 
    • White/Vanilla icing 
    • Sprinkles
    • Sugar Sprinkles
  • Cupcake topper
    • Print a sheet of Vampirina pictures
    • Toothpick
    • Tape

    Cupcakes
    • Mix your cake mix, 1 cup of water, 1/2 vegetable oil, and 3 eggs
    • Add a couple drops of purple & blue food coloring. You can also use red and blue to make purple
    • BAKE at 350 degrees for 17 Min

    Filing

    • Use a knife to cut a circle in the middle of cupcake
    • Add a spoon of Nutella
    • Sprinkle some mini M&M
    • Close your cupcake using the circle you cut as a cap. Cut most of the cake under the circle to use it as cap.
    Bat Ears
    • Melt 1 cup of milk chocolate
    • Add melted chocolate to small ziploc bag and add a small whole to the bag
    • Trace your bat ears into a piece of parchment paper. You can print any mold from internet to make it easier. 
    • Flip your parchment paper to make sure we don't transfer pencil residue
    • Take your milk chocolate and trace your bat ears
    • Fill the inside with chocolate
    • Freeze for 20 min. or until chocolate its completely hard
    Spiderweb
    • Start by decorating your cupcake 
    • Take a couple spoons of icing and mix with purple food coloring
    • Fill your cupcake top with purple icing
    • Add some purple sprinkle & sugar sprinkles 
    • Now add your spiderweb lines
    • Start by adding a cross
    • Add two more lines in between until you have 8 lines
    • Attach lines by doing arches inwards. They don't need to be perfect

    Cupcake Topper

    • Print a sheet of Vampirina pictures
    • Tape a toothpick on the back
    • Now let's add our cupcake topper and bat ears we created to our cupcake
